Be Your Own Boss (BYOB) is a youth entrepreneurship program designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs (10-18) with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to turn their ideas into viable businesses. The program empowers youth to think creatively, build financial literacy, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset that supports long-term economic independence.
Through hands-on workshops, group collaboration, and mentorship, participants learn the fundamentals of starting and managing a business—from idea development and market research to branding, budgeting, and business planning. Youth are guided step-by-step as they create their own business concepts and develop a complete business plan.
