How RefresHer Works
Our model is simple, responsive, and survivor-centered.
- Partner hospitals, clinics, or crisis response teams identify survivors in need.
- Staff or advocates request a RefresHer kit through RedeemHer.
- RedeemHer assembles and delivers kits or maintains on-site supply where feasible.
- Survivors receive clothing discreetly as part of their care experience.
Each RefresHer kit is designed to meet immediate needs and may include:
Tops, bottoms, or dresses
Underwear and bras
Socks
Sleepwear or loungewear
Outerwear (as seasonally appropriate)
Basic hygiene or comfort items (when available)
Items are always new, thoughtfully selected, and packaged with care.
