Just in case no one has told you...
Healing is more than moving past trauma; it's moving toward the person you were always meant to be.
Personal development isn't a luxury; it’s a must.
Self-improvement is the bridge between surviving and thriving.
Our personal development programs provide the resources, space, and community to help you rebuild with intention. We don’t just help you get back on your feet—we help you decide which direction you want to walk.

DevelopHer provides professional development support designed to equip women with in-demand, transferable skills that increase employability and support long-term economic self-sufficiency. Programming is responsive to the realities women face while prioritizing growth, confidence, and career mobility.
Program Priorities:
Participants gain practical skills and career readiness to pursue meaningful, sustainable work.
Women—particularly survivors—often face significant barriers to stable employment. EmployHer addresses these disparities by providing targeted workforce readiness support that helps participants move from unemployment or underemployment into meaningful career opportunities.
Program Priorities
Through personalized guidance and skill-building, EmployHer supports women in securing work that aligns with their strengths, goals, and lived experiences.

Financial abuse often co-occurs with domestic and intimate partner violence, limiting survivors’ autonomy and long-term stability. Wallet WarriHers supports survivors in rebuilding financial confidence and breaking cycles of economic marginalization through practical, empowering guidance.
Program Priorities
This program equips participants with the tools and knowledge to make informed financial decisions and move toward sustainable independence.
Unlike traditional workshops, our personal development sessions are led by individuals who understand the unique barriers faced by marginalized survivors. Every class is a safe, confidential, and judgment-free zone.
